The Heartland Triathlon sprint is a 1/4 mile swim in Lake Jackson, a 14 mile bike around Lake Jackson and a 3.1 mile run through downtown Sebring.  This two day event includes:

• FREE clinics with Mark Allen Saturday July 25th (kids start at 9 AM, adults to follow)

• A multi-sport Expo - Saturday & Sunday starting at 9 AM

• Pasta Bash dinner with keynote speaker Mark Allen - 6 PM Saturday 

• An invitation-only luncheon with Mark for All Americans - Noon Saturday 

• Kid friendly Kids Triathlon - starts at 2 PM Saturday

• Post-race BBQ - Sunday July 26

• Awards Ceremony immediately following competition

• Great Designer T-Shirts & Custom Running Caps
